The Maplewood Room is a business named after the town I live in (Maplewood NJ). A Maplewood room is a room, often a small annex room off to the side of a home. Sometimes it's a sun room, sometimes a den, or an office or playroom or even a greenhouse. It's become known as The Maplewood Room because of its prevalence as an extra space on some of the century + old homes in our town in NJ.
